2. Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

  • Delivery Method: All ebooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly unless pre-order through BookFunnel.
  • Access: After your purchase, you’ll receive an email from BookFunnel within a few minutes containing:
    • A secure download link
    • Instructions for downloading or listening on your preferred device (Kindle, iPad, Android, desktop, etc.)
  • Delivery Time: Instant, typically within 5–10 minutes of purchase.
    If you don’t receive your download email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact BookFunnel.

3. Physical Books

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by destination:
    • Domestic (within [country]): 3–7 business days after dispatch
    • International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Combined Orders

If your order includes both digital and physical products:

  • Digital items will be delivered immediately via BookFunnel.
  • Physical books will ship separately and may arrive later depending on the courier.

5. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of ebooks and audiobooks, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
  • Physical Books: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
